Access is along a 3 mile single tarmac road, through four gates and then on to the farm track and drive. Cars driven with due care can negotiate the short track.

Ground Floor. The dining room has a single pine refectory table. Tile floor and wood burning stove leads from the kitchen with the Stanley range. The kitchen with and utility room have dishwasher, fridges, electric cooker, Stanley range (hot plates and oven), microwave, washer/dryer. The utility room has drying facilities and a downstairs toilet. The lounge has an open fire and unpararralled views of the Dale. The 'library' is where you can sit and read or just watch TV.
First Floor. Wide double staircase leads to the landing and master ensuite bedroom; Three further double (1) twin (2) bedrooms. House bathroom, toilet and seperate shower room.

Services
Full oil central heating and hot water. Double glazing throughout. Woodburner in kitchen and open fire in lounge. TV and hairdryers in all bedrooms. TV, DVD +CD player with selection of tapes. Smoke alarms. water supply is purified spring water. Quality country furnishings throughout. Picnic table and barbeque. Large garden (with sheep wandering about). No Pets. All fuel, power. Bedding and towels are included in the 'charges'. For the benefit of other guests, smokers are requested to smoke outside. Most mobile phones won't work but a pay phone is provided along with miles and miles of countryside.
